What's new with PPCkitchen?

What is one of the nicest things about ppckitchen? Updater.
What is one of the biggest headaches about ppckitchen? Updater.

We've been hard at work replacing Updater with a more modern system. Today we managed to get the first alpha build made. There are still some technical issues to work out, but the heavy lifting appears to be done.

What to look forward to:
More reliable downloading.
Smaller downloads.
More current downloads. Rather than 10 hours to push a release, we can do it in just a few hours with virtually zero manual intervention.
No need to predetermine what downloads you need. All options are available at all times - you pick what you want, and ppck will download the right files.
User supplied patch feedback. Found and fixed a kitchen issue? You can generate a patch file and send to us so everyone can benefit from your effort.

Lots of testing going on right now, I can tell you it will not be up for atleast another two weeks. Don't know how long from there.

thanks, I thought about asking to be a tester... but im REALLY lazy as of late... its a shame...

EDIT: not a lie at all... i have my Mogul torn apart to put a new screen protector on it... for the past week... its a good thing my desk is unused otherwise the screws would be lost forever :/ (and i never got around to building a ROM that I was going to do about 8 months ago)

A beta should be available towards the end of the week.

Hope to get something out later tonight. We have to rebuild the archive (takes about 10 hours) because of a tiny little typo when it was built.
